Positions Available

Holy Spirit is always seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals to join our team. As a 24/7 care community serving Siouxland families, we offer flexible scheduling options to support both resident needs and employee work-life balance.

Available shift structures include:

Five 8-hour shifts:
6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

Three 12-hour shifts:
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
We welcome healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing quality care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

• Licensed RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply and bring their expertise to our resident-centered care team.
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are also encouraged to apply to support daily resident care and quality of life.

Assisted Living (ALF)
We welcome both experienced caregivers and individuals new to healthcare who are looking to begin a meaningful career.

• Resident Care Assistant positions are available for applicants interested in supporting residents with daily living needs.
• Team members can expect opportunities for rapid growth, including advancement into Medication Manager roles as part of our commitment to developing talent from within.
